[edit] Why'd the Price Move?

You can find a lot of stock charts out there, and they all do the job of plotting how stock prices move up and down. But none of them take the next step explaining what we're all wondering -- "Why'd the price move?"

So we created WikiCharts -- charts you can annotate to explain what's happening to the stock price. Go ahead, play around! We're still making them better, but more importantly, we need your help creating annotations.

(just search for a company and then click the WikiChart tab)

[edit] Create Annotations

Know why the price moved? Just hit the big blue "Add annotation" button. You can also click "edit" on an existing annotation to improve it.

It's really easy to embed a stock chart on your own blog or website. Just click the "Embed" button on any chart or create a custom chart to embed.
